We are still 100% operational during COVID. Most orders will be dispatched same day per usual.
Orders will be delayed with Australia Post due to social distancing practices in their facilities and a massive increase in volume.
Australia Post has advised:
We have a new notification - "We’ve got your delivery details" - which will now be the first notification sent to consumers when Australia Post has confirmed receipt of the manifest. We have also updated the "It’s on its way" notification to include information about delivery delays and refer customers to find out more detail on our website.
The Express Post network has been temporarily suspended due to the significant reduction of domestic passenger flights (which carry parcels), social distancing and hygiene requirements in our network, and the increase in volumes

Postage and Packing within Australia:Web rate
- eParcel delivery is available on all orders, free on orders over $75. $9.95 on orders under $75.
- We deliver by Australia Post and can deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please allow 3-7 working days delivery.
- Gingerlilly dispatches orders received before 12pm EST the same business day. Orders received within the 24 hour period after this or on non-business days, are shipped the next business day.
- We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery or damage during transit, including damage to the gift box.
- A dispatch confirmation email will be sent once you order has been completed and it will be shipped that day from the distribution centre.
- If there are delays due to stock reasons Gingerlilly will notify you and you will have the option of changing, refund or cancelling your order.
- Sorry no C.O.D’s. Postage of product(s) will happen once payment is cleared.
- Express eParcel Post is available for orders within Australia only. The rate is $14.95.
- Next business day delivery is guaranteed to all street addresses and post office boxes to most city areas within the Express Post Next Business Day Network. The guarantee is not applicable in remote and some regional areas and covers to cost of postage only.
- Please check the Australia Post website for the Express Post Next Business Day Network.
- A flat rate of $25 postage applies to all international retail orders.
- We offer tracking on all international parcels via Australia Post Pack and Track. You will be emailed a tracking number at the time of dispatch of the article so that you can track the article door to door.

We are recommending all items are lodged by the following dates for delivery within Australia by Christmas*:

- Express Post – 20 December 2021
